Become Drama Free!

Create Your Drama Free Zone!

Drama– When I think of the word Drama I am quickly pulled back to the days of the Brady Bunch. Who could ever forget Jan:  “Marsha, Marsha, Marsha” “it’s always about Marsha!” Poor Jan…always in the shadows, always the middle child and always feeling caught in the drama zone.

We often find ourselves drawn into drama zones whether we desire it or not. The choice is ours to decide if we want to continue living in the zone. Yes, it is a decision.

The first step to creating a drama free zone is to stop allowing yourself to be drawn in.

It sounds so simple but for some it is the hardest thing to do. For some people, it’s as if the drama propels their life. They wouldn’t know how to be unless the drama was present. I’m sure you can relate to the person(s) in your life who are always calling you with the latest “woe is me” story. They secretly hope to pull you into their side of the story.  All the while, sucking the life right out of you. In a way…they are modern day vampires!

The moment you recognize a situation turning into a familiar drama zone. STOP, take a deep breath and raise your vibration. Don’t dwell in the drama. Dwelling in the drama is like swimming in a muddy river. It bogs you down, holds you back and many times you end up the dirty one.

How does one Raise their Vibration? I’m so glad you asked!

Raising your vibration can be as easy as taking a walk, clearing your mind, visualizing a quiet place or implementing a few techniques.

As part of my ongoing quest to assist you in having Your Best Year Ever, I hope to share with you techniques that you can use to raise your vibration and help you live in a drama free zone.

Stay tuned for an ongoing dialogue of how You CAN have your best Year Ever!
